ミルウォールFC（Millwall Football Club）は、イングランド・ロンドン・サザーク・ロンドン特別区・バーモンジーを本拠地とするサッカークラブチームです。
チームのモットーは「俺たちはどこで戦おうとも敵を恐れない」という意味の「We Fear No Foe Where E’er We Go」。
millは風車の意味から転じて工場を指すとのこと。
愛称は、2匹のライオンが向かい合ったエンブレムから「ライオンズ」。
ミルウォールは伝統的に、青の服、白のパンツに青のソックスをユニフォームとして用いています。
彼らの多くがスコットランドからの出稼ぎ人夫であったことが、白と青を基調としたユニフォームの由来であるとのこと。

REALとともにスペインのMADRIDを本拠地にしています。
この前のシーズンの1995-96シーズンには、クラブ史上初めてリーガ・エスパニョーラとコパ・デル・レイの二冠を達成しています。
